The Patented Cold Snap Blade Protector installs in a "Snap" safely protecting your auger for transport in less than 3 seconds! There's no need to remove your gloves to attach your blade cover to your ice auger! Protects you and your blades.
To Remove your Snap Cap, simply hold the auger upright with the weight down on the cover, and open with your foot. Lift out and you're done. Tested tough. Resistant to snow and ice build-up. Works with Strikemaster Lazer Mag 6, 8, 9, and 10" augers, with or without the centering spike.
***Will not fit Strikemaster Mag 2000 models with the single chipper blade.***

I have one i have had for probably 15 years and love it. I noticed on the sides the auger blades are wearing a little thin probably will last another 5 years so bought a spare. Easy on and off . It never falls off unlike the original and those rubber cords that are on the original have a accident waiting to happen. Totally satisfied and would buy again. Thank you
The cover protects the blades great and is a breeze to remove and install. Highly recommended!
