First I must say Katie in customer service is outstanding. That was a problem with my order and Katie dealt with it professionally and fix the issue immediately. Customer service seem to be lost in today's business world. Not so with your company, I just returned from Baudette Mn lake of the woods trip which your redline rod worked great. Caught large walleyes and even a 10 pound Burbot and the rod worked flawlessly. It a very good rod at a outstanding price! I will definitely be buying from you in the future! Keep up the good work!
