To Remove your Snap Cap, simply hold the auger upright with the weight down on the cover, and open with your foot. Lift out and you're done. Tested tough. Resistant to snow and ice build-up. Snap on blade protection for your 6 or 7.5" K-Drill!

**The 7.5" cover will NOT fit the 8.5" auger. Stamp on the side of the cover says 8" but will only fit the 7.5" K-drill.

I bought the wrong one apparently because my k drill doesn’t fit into the cover. I bought the 8” cover thinking I have the 7.5” auger. I don’t believe you make one bigger. I had a 6” k drill with your cover on it and loved it. That’s why I wanted to buy a new one for my bigger auger. I don’t think I can return it because I threw away the box and label that was with it. It also has scratches on it now from me trying to get it to go on.
